Yarrow has a strong sulfur component, as do chamomile and stinging nettle, and as such allows potassium to “convert” nitrogen. It enhances the plant’s ability to utilize potassium to help it create nitrogenous substances, such as proteins, micronutrients, and to strengthen the plant.
